Fleet
Our Boats
The school's fleet is in constant growth and is composed of more than thirty vessels between dinghies and keelboats.
Dinghies
For courses in Sardinia the school has the following vessels at their disposal: ten Lasers, two Laser 2, five Laser Pico, one collective boat and four motorised rubber dinghies for on site assistance. These are the dinghies the school has at its disposal in the Poltu Quatu and Porto Cervo bases, Costa Smeralda.
10 Laser
These agile, 4.20m crafts are the olympic dinghies most diffused worldwide. Ideal for learning a discipline which requires serious effort and is great fun at the same time.

2 Laser 2
Slightly larger than the Laser, this vessel is used for advanced levels of sailing, incorporating Manoeuvres where the use of spinnaker and bow are often called for.

5 Laser Pico
The latest from Laser, these boats are fun and stable, allowing students to sail easily even with strong winds.

Assistance Velles

For on site assistance the school has at it's disposal four 4.5m, 25 and 40 horsepower rubber dinghies. These vessels maintain constant radio contact with the school's fleet throughout practical courses.
Keelboats
The school has a fleet of ten J24s, 6 in Italy and 4 in the Caribbean. J24s are 7.30m long, cabined, monotype vessels. These are the keelboats the school disposes of in Poltu Quatu and Porto Cervo, Costa Smeralda and in it's Casa de Campo base, Dominican Republic.

10 J24
Fast and robust, these monotype vessels are 7.72m long, ideal for those who wish to learn to sail, improve their skills and approach regattas.

2 New Cabined Velles

The school has two 11.40m, Sun Fast 37s (launched 2002). These are used for open sea courses, cruise courses and charter in summer whilst in winter for regatta courses with participants residing on-board.
Charter
In Poltu Quatu, Costa Smeralda, the school manages a charter base of monotype keelboats and catamarans ranging from 24 to 50 feet. In particular there are three cabined Sun Fast 37s (launched 2002), on which open sea and regatta courses are also available in winter and a brand new Grand Soleil 43.
